You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the electric and gas utilities sector, and you understand the unique challenges these organizations face. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that you can effectively advocate for your customers' needs. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a customer-oriented environment, always looking for ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You possess advanced industry knowledge relevant to the application of geospatial technology, which allows you to articulate the value of Esri's solutions to potential and existing clients. Your understanding of complex customer budgeting and acquisition processes enables you to navigate organizational structures and gain access to executive decision-makers. You are adept at identifying business drivers and aligning them with Esri's offerings to create new opportunities for growth.

You are committed to continuous learning and growth, always seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. Desirable
