Handshake is seeking Child, Family, and School Social Workers to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. No AI experience is required, and the role is fully remote.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a Child, Family, or School Social Worker. Your background includes maintaining detailed case history records and preparing reports while interviewing clients to assess their needs and determine necessary services. You are comfortable working independently and can adapt to flexible hours, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the development of AI models in your field, even if you have no prior experience with AI.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models based on your professional experience. You will assess content related to your field of work and deliver structured feedback that enhances the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language. Your responsibilities will include developing prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field and evaluating the responses generated by these models. You will work asynchronously, allowing you to manage your time effectively while contributing to an innovative project that runs year-round.
