Pathward is seeking an FIU Alerts Analyst I to support the development and oversight of the Financial Crime Investigation Management Program. This role involves risk assessment and report analysis, contributing to financial empowerment initiatives.
You are an entry-level professional eager to contribute to financial empowerment and inclusion. You possess a keen interest in financial crime investigation and are ready to support cross-functional teams in managing risks effectively. While not required, any experience or coursework related to financial crime, risk assessment, or compliance would be beneficial. Familiarity with financial products and services can enhance your understanding of the role.
In this role, you will work closely with various departments to design and implement the Financial Crime Investigation Management Program. You will be responsible for conducting complex risk assessments, analyzing data, and identifying potential risks that could affect the organization. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you develop and analyze reports that inform management decisions.
You will also assist in the oversight of the FIU management process, ensuring that all procedures align with the organization's goals of promoting financial inclusion.
