Overview

Pipedrive is seeking a Head of Customer Education Content to lead the development of customer-facing educational materials. You'll define the content roadmap and manage a team to enhance customer adoption and retention. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in content strategy and management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of educational content in driving customer success and have a passion for creating engaging learning materials that resonate with users. Your leadership skills are strong, and you have experience managing teams to achieve strategic goals. You are data-driven and can measure the impact of content on customer engagement and retention. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can work closely with marketing and product teams to align content with business objectives.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with sales and marketing tools. You have a knack for storytelling and can translate complex concepts into easily digestible content. A background in education or training would be beneficial, as would experience with content management systems and analytics tools.

What you'll do

As the Head of Customer Education Content, you will be responsible for defining the content strategy that supports customer education and engagement. You will lead a team of 6-7 individuals, guiding them in the production of high-quality educational materials that drive user adoption and retention. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including the VP of Customer Marketing, to ensure that the content aligns with overall business goals. You will measure the effectiveness of educational content and iterate based on feedback and analytics. Additionally, you will oversee the content production process, ensuring that all materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will also be involved in generating leads and signups through effective content marketing strategies.
