Who you are

You have a strong background in healthcare data analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in real-world evidence (RWE) and real-world data (RWD) analytics. Your expertise allows you to effectively communicate complex data insights to clients, ensuring they understand the value of AI-generated outputs. You are skilled in conducting data investigations using various healthcare datasets, including claims and EMR data, and you have a proven track record of guiding clients through the adoption of analytics platforms.

You possess excellent training and communication skills, enabling you to develop onboarding resources and conduct client training sessions that foster meaningful engagement with AI tools. Your ability to act as a subject matter expert in RWD and RWE analytics makes you a valuable asset to both clients and product development teams. You are passionate about building trust in AI outputs and can effectively set context and interpret methods for clients.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered analytics platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with client engagement strategies in the life sciences sector. You are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and advising on product usability and relevance in RWE workflows. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills allow you to triage product-related issues effectively.

What you'll do

As the Lead RWE Analyst, AI, you will serve as a key partner to HealthVerity’s life sciences clients, helping them successfully adopt and derive value from the AI-powered RWD analytics platform. You will lead data investigations to assess feasibility and uncover insights, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize the platform for their specific needs. Your role will involve performing human-in-the-loop reviews of client-generated analyses, ensuring accuracy and relevance in the outputs.

You will conduct client training sessions and develop onboarding resources that enhance user engagement with AI-generated outputs. By supporting clients in core RWE use cases such as incidence and prevalence estimation, cohort exploration, and comparative effectiveness analyses, you will help them build trust in AI outputs through thoughtful communication and method interpretation. Your insights will also inform product development teams on optimizing AI features for usability and relevance.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the platform evolves to meet market demands. You will act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback and insights that drive product improvements and enhance user experience.
