Overview

ZoomInfo is seeking a Director of Account Management to lead customer success and revenue growth within enterprise accounts. This role requires expertise in managing high-value relationships and driving retention strategies.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a proven leader with over 5 years of experience in account management, particularly within enterprise-level environments. You have a track record of retaining and expanding customer relationships, managing high-value accounts, and fostering strategic executive alignment. Your ability to develop and lead high-performing teams is complemented by your expertise in achieving individual and organizational revenue quotas. You thrive in environments where you can oversee the development and maintenance of strategic customer relationships, focusing on driving retention, renewals, and identifying upselling opportunities through team execution.

You understand the complexities of managing large-scale teams, having successfully led teams of 30 or more employees. Your experience includes managing enterprise-level revenue streams exceeding $60 million, with full ownership of P&L, strategic planning, and operational execution. You are skilled in delivering accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer success. Your strong communication skills enable you to manage complex internal processes involving legal, product support, and engineering to ensure seamless operations.

Desirable

You have a background in technology or SaaS industries, which enhances your ability to understand customer needs and align them with company objectives. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies is a plus, as is experience in driving customer success initiatives that lead to measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

As the Director of Account Management at ZoomInfo, you will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing team dedicated to achieving revenue goals.
