As a Maintenance Systems Coordinator at Pattern, you will serve as the central nervous system of our maintenance operations across multiple automated warehouse sites. Your primary responsibilities will include owning the structure and data quality of our CMMS (MaintainX), ensuring that maintenance and engineering teams have the information they need to operate efficiently. You will focus on preventive maintenance scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement of digital maintenance workflows. Collaborating closely with the Engineering Manager, you will support project documentation, asset onboarding, and system integration for new facilities and equipment. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the efficiency of our maintenance operations and ensuring that our automated systems run smoothly.
