Veeva Systems is seeking an Enterprise Account Partner for their Veeva Quality Cloud to identify and expand opportunities within global accounts. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to customer success.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the SaaS industry, and possess the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders in both business and IT. You understand the importance of customer success and are committed to becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. Your consultative approach allows you to identify key business objectives and pain points, enabling you to tailor solutions that meet their needs. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable overseeing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing deals.
Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus, as is familiarity with quality solutions. You are adaptable and can navigate complex organizational structures to drive results. A background in account management or enterprise sales will set you apart.
As an Enterprise Account Partner for Veeva Quality Cloud, your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and expand opportunities within assigned global accounts. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and pain points, working in a consultative manner to address their needs. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring customer success throughout the process. This includes conducting customer meetings, participating in conferences, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will be expected to travel approximately 40% of the time for customer engagements and team meetings.
