YOUR MISSION

Glovo's team is looking for a Sales Executive within Croatia's Partners and Brands team. In this position you will have an important role in the Sales Team,, working closely with the Sales Manager for your country. Also, you will be collaborating with other departments, building and maintaining good relationships between our partners and our company. 

THE JOURNEY

  • Help build up a business by timely identifying new business prospects 
  • Negotiate the best products in cities we operate in Croatia to deliver it to our customers in line with Company’s objectives 
  • Meet monthly targets defined by the Sales Manager 
  • Coordinate the Sales Plans defined together with the Sales Manager 
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Proven sales experience (1+ years), ideally within the restaurant, hospitality, or food delivery industry, supported by a strong local network and industry connections.
  • Strong ability to influence, close, and manage high-value partnerships.
  • A proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented mindset with resilience to rejection.
  • Confidence in engaging C-level stakeholders and restaurant owners.
  • Willingness to travel and build trust-based relationships across Croatia.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of P&L and profitability to support sound deals.
  • Fluency in Croatian and English, and adaptability to fast-paced, startup-style environments.
