Datadog is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive the adoption and positive experience of their largest customers. You'll collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer success. This role requires 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role in B2B SaaS.
You have 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within the B2B SaaS industry — you've successfully managed a portfolio of large enterprise accounts and understand the intricacies of customer relationships. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to convey complex concepts clearly and align them with customer objectives and pain points. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
You are proactive in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your customer base — you understand the importance of aligning with decision-makers to drive the adoption of solutions. Your analytical mindset enables you to monitor usage trends effectively, uncovering potential renewal opportunities and risks. You are passionate about customer success and are committed to ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investments.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies would be beneficial, as you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new customers. Familiarity with Datadog's products and services will give you an edge in understanding customer needs and driving adoption effectively.
In your role as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will partner with sales and technical solutions teams to drive customer adoption from onboarding through to maturity. You will own and manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from the start. Your responsibilities will include discovering and managing the customer’s success plan, aligning with decision-makers on the impact of their investment in Datadog, and proactively building relationships with influential people within the customer base.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal Datadog teams, including sales, support, enablement, product, finance, and legal, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer success. Monitoring and analyzing usage trends will be a key part of your role, as you will need to identify potential renewal opportunities and risks. You will act as the primary owner of customer adoption and health, ensuring that customers are satisfied and engaged with Datadog's solutions.
