Adyen is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to empower their Operations teams in Amsterdam. You'll co-create and drive the people strategy while providing strategic HR guidance to managers. This role requires a strong background in HR practices and team development.
You have a strong background in HR practices, ideally with experience in a high-performance, high-growth environment. You understand the importance of aligning HR strategies with business goals and have a proven track record of partnering with leaders to drive organizational success. Your strategic mindset is complemented by a hands-on approach, allowing you to effectively support team development and employee engagement. You are skilled in performance management, feedback processes, and employee relations, ensuring that employees thrive in their roles. You are a collaborative individual who values in-person interactions and understands the nuances of working within a diverse team.
Experience in the financial technology sector or similar industries would be a plus. Familiarity with global HR practices and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable working with HR Centers of Expertise and can leverage their insights to inform your strategies.
In this role, you will co-create and execute the global people strategy for the Operations domain, partnering closely with regional HR Business Partners. You will collaborate with leaders across the Operations function to support team development and organizational growth. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic HR guidance and coaching to managers on various topics, including performance management, employee relations, and engagement strategies. You will play a key role in shaping how teams grow and how leaders lead, ensuring alignment with Adyen’s leadership values. You will also be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience and foster a culture of high performance.
