You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the advertising or digital marketing space, with at least 5 years of experience managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies is essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for key accounts. You are data-driven and can leverage insights from various sources to inform client strategies and proposals, ensuring that you meet their business objectives effectively.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to deliver the best possible outcomes for your clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both clients and internal stakeholders. What you'll do

As a Senior Client Partner at Reddit, you will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with existing advertising partners, focusing on both agencies and direct clients. Your primary goal will be to drive year-over-year revenue growth by proactively engaging with clients and understanding their business objectives. You will construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients, ensuring that both parties benefit from the partnership.

You will leverage your existing relationships to identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products, educating them on the unique value that Reddit offers. Your role will involve using data from internal and external sources to inform client strategies and pitch proposals, ensuring that you provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

You will consistently meet deadlines for all projects, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of customer service. As an internal lead, you will actively participate in team meetings and special projects, contributing to the overall success of the Large Customer Sales team. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.
