What you'll do

As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory receiving and ensure that all products are accounted for. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation to minimize spoilage. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery. Clear communication with customers through the app will be essential, especially when substitution approvals are needed. You will maintain a safe working environment by adhering to DashMart safety and security standards and completing all assigned cleaning and organization tasks. Your role will also involve contributing to a positive team atmosphere, working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve the team's goals.
