Overview

Dataiku is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support a portfolio of strategic clients. You'll leverage your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and project milestones. This role requires strong communication and organizational abilities.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in AI or analytics platforms. Your deep technical expertise allows you to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You excel in managing client relationships and are adept at navigating challenging situations with a positive attitude. You are organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that project milestones are met and client needs are addressed promptly. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients alike makes you a valuable asset in driving success for both parties. You are comfortable working with a small portfolio of strategic clients, providing tailored support and guidance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and internal account teams to identify both short and long-term priorities, developing engagement plans that align with client goals. You will manage project milestones in partnership with Customer Success Managers, contributing to deliverables and providing regular status updates. Proactively identifying and mitigating issues and risks will be a key part of your responsibilities. As a central point for client technical information, you will contribute to the overall account strategy alongside the broader account team. Your role will also involve supporting the growth and effectiveness of the Field Engineering team through documentation and process improvements. You will be expected to maintain a strong understanding of the technical aspects of your accounts, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support.
