Description

Verily exists to bring the promise of precision health to everyone everyday, and our breadth of solutions of care, research, health financing, and population health monitoring serve customers across various market segments.

As an Administrative Business Partner at Verily, you will provide excellent administrative support to your clients and expertly manage operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution of business activities. You are a skilled communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and someone who enjoys contributing to the success of the team. You possess the strong business judgment, communication skills and robust networking skills needed to strategically support and interact with a variety of people across multiple business functions.

This position, located in our Dallas office, supports Verily’s Chief Clinical Officer/Head of Health Equity plus 1-2 senior directors. You can expect heavy calendaring, travel and expenses. You may be requested to take notes and record action items from meetings on behalf of the leaders. It is possible that you will take ownership of small projects as needed. This will demonstrate your technical proficiency and use of project management skills to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively provide administrative support to leadership, fostering efficiency and enabling focus on strategic priorities.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel logistics, process expense reports and orchestrate successful events, ensuring seamless operations. Continuously evaluate and improve administrative workflows for efficiency.
  • Daily office functions, vendor relations and maintain a productive workspace.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for administrative inquiries and information dissemination.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with peers and partners, contributing to mutually beneficial collaborations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of direct executive/senior leadership support experience.
  • Expertise in fundamental administrative tools and processes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, tech environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with C-level or equivalent support. Comfortable supporting multiple leaders with potentially different leadership styles.
  • Experience with Google Workspace.
  • Interest and experience in the healthcare and technology industry.
  • Strong problem solving ability combined with impeccable judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity with limited guidance or direction. Responsive and adaptable to varying needs and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion. Comprehensive knowledge of process, project, and program management theory and practices with the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
