What you'll do

As the Autobody Manager at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Inspection Center. You will oversee the movement of vehicles into and out of the facility, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Your role will involve setting production and quality goals for your team and working closely with them to achieve these targets. You will engage with your team regularly, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance. Additionally, you will analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
