Truebill is seeking a Business Operations Manager for Deposit Products to oversee and scale operations for their savings accounts. This role requires strategic thinking and operational expertise, with a focus on compliance and performance management.
You have a strong background in business operations, ideally with experience in financial products or services. You thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy architecting systems from scratch, making you the go-to person for complex business areas. Your strategic mindset allows you to effectively manage day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance and financial soundness. You are comfortable collaborating across multiple teams, including product, partnerships, compliance, and finance, to drive the success of deposit products. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can proactively address issues as they arise. You are passionate about improving financial prosperity for consumers and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
As the Business Operations Manager for Deposit Products, you will own the operational aspects of Rocket Money’s existing Smart Savings account and lead the launch of new high-yield accounts. You will be responsible for designing operational processes that ensure the safety and scalability of these products. Your role will involve overseeing partner readiness, managing risk and fraud oversight, and addressing any operational issues that may arise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all deposit products are compliant and financially sound. Additionally, you will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory environments will be crucial in ensuring that all products meet compliance standards. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of Rocket Money’s deposit offerings by building a solid operational foundation for upcoming products.
