Job Description

About the Role


We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our US and Canada (“UCAN”) Sales Operations team. The role’s primary goal will be to create, deliver and scale business performance reporting and insights for the UCAN Netflix Ads team, and be the first point of contact for the global Market Activation team to engage with to understand Sales Reporting needs. This means being directly involved with data tools and tables, to derive Sales Reporting while partnering with Market Activation, Product and Data Science & Engineering to scale long term solutions in the BI platform. This is an exciting opportunity to create new and impactful ways to measure the business and create insights for our UCAN Sales Leadership, so that we achieve our ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Analysis: Lead the development of comprehensive revenue analytics, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals and identify revenue growth opportunities.

  • Insights & Reporting: Accountable to deliver reporting for UCAN leadership, develop scalable reporting for the broader UCAN organization, manage a cadence through which insights and updates can be communicated. This will be used to enable more informed decisions related to Sales Strategy, in-quarter Sales execution and activity, Pipeline Management, and Market Expansion.

  • Predictive Modelling:  Develop accurate and insightful predictions which help Sales Operations to forecast the business and make informed decisions during business planning.

  • Data Visualization & Storytelling: Build intuitive reporting to present findings in a clear, compelling way to stakeholders at all levels

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Account Management, Measurement, Solutions, Market Activation and other cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, Sales pipeline performance, channel performance, and market trends to drive Sales activity and Leadership decision making

  • Revenue Optimization: Architect models to identify opportunities to enhance product mix, and customer segmentation to maximize revenue with the broader Sales Operations team, and work with Market Activation, Product and Data Science & Engineering to implement for broad Sales teams to use directly

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, or sales operations in a high-growth or media/technology company.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Excel. Expertise with SQL,  Python a nice to have

  • Proficiency in Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI as well as experience interacting with Data Integration tools such as Snowflake and Looker

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical, senior audiences.

  • Demonstrable experience in revenue forecasting and predictive modelling, pipeline management, and account segmentation.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think big-picture while diving into granular details.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and operational support.

  • Excellent project management abilities, skilled at managing multiple workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000-420,000.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
