You are a driven individual with a strong background in sales, particularly in technology. With a focus on new business acquisition, you have a proven track record of formulating and executing successful sales strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a high-performing sales team. Your ability to build strong relationships with CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users sets you apart. You are passionate about technology and understand how to leverage it to meet customer needs. You are based in London and are comfortable with a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance in-office collaboration with remote work.
Experience in enterprise sales within the technology sector is a plus. Familiarity with MongoDB's products and services will help you connect with potential clients more effectively. You are open to feedback and eager to learn from successful sales leaders, which will enhance your skills and contribute to your success in this role.
In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline, focusing on new customer acquisition. You will strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users, building strong and effective relationships that lead to growth opportunities. You will partner with Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners will be essential to maximizing deal sizes. You will participate in sales enablement trainings, including a comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, to enhance your skills and effectiveness in the role.
