HubSpot is seeking a Manager of Partner Development to lead a team focused on enhancing the partner ecosystem in the UKI region. You'll work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to drive partner sourced revenue and improve team performance. This role requires strong business acumen and leadership skills.
You have a proven track record in partner development or business development, ideally with experience in managing teams and driving revenue growth through partnerships. Your strong business acumen allows you to engage in strategic conversations with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organization. You excel in building trust and confidence with your team, providing them with the feedback and coaching they need to develop their skills and achieve their goals. You are adept at navigating complex business environments and can influence stakeholders at all levels, from direct sales managers to executives.
Experience in the upmarket space or with partner sourced business is a plus, as is familiarity with partner development tools and methodologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives. Your ability to engage with partners and build executive relationships will be crucial in this role.
As the Manager of Partner Development, you will lead a team dedicated to achieving quarterly MBOs and monthly milestones focused on driving partner sourced revenue and increasing revenue retention. You will coach your team members to enhance their partner development skills, ensuring they are equipped to engage effectively with partners and drive strategic growth conversations. Your role will involve collaborating proactively with direct sales managers and executives to support the growth of the business, leveraging your insights and expertise to inform strategic decisions.
You will also be responsible for maintaining headcount by recruiting, selecting, and training new Partner Development Managers, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to meet the demands of the market. As the Head of Channel for your region, you will engage regularly with partners, providing updates and addressing any escalations or concerns that may arise. Your initiatives will contribute to the foundational workstreams of the Partner Development organization at HubSpot, making a meaningful impact on its growth and success.
