You have a strong background in recruitment, ideally with agency experience, and are skilled at identifying and managing candidates for various positions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with business stakeholders and leaders to deliver projects effectively and timely. You understand the importance of maintaining a candidate skills matrix and actively utilize it in your recruitment activities. You are proactive in generating leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to conduct interviews and engage with candidates effectively. You are committed to fostering an inclusive hiring process that respects all candidates' backgrounds and experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates for both contract and direct-hire positions. You will work closely with the sales team to fulfill open job orders while ensuring a smooth hiring process for candidates and consultants. Your responsibilities will include conducting weekly interviews in line with performance objectives and updating the candidate skills matrix to reflect current recruitment activities.
