What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates for both contract and direct-hire positions. You will work closely with the sales team to fulfill open job orders while ensuring a smooth hiring process for candidates and consultants. Your responsibilities will include conducting weekly interviews in line with performance objectives and updating the candidate skills matrix to reflect current recruitment activities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and on time. You will also be expected to generate leads through your professional network and candidate interactions, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team. Your role will involve continuous engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they have a positive experience while interacting with Vaco.
