What you'll do
In this role, you will assist the People & Culture team in various projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and workforce planning. You will support the Sr. Director, People Business Partnering, in executing initiatives that drive cultural transformation within the organization. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data related to employee satisfaction and engagement, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also participate in meetings and discussions, contributing your insights and ideas to enhance team collaboration. Additionally, you will help coordinate events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture, ensuring that employees feel valued and engaged.
