Ridgeline is hiring a Senior Marketing Associate to lead field and event marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with Sales to drive measurable pipeline impact and utilize AI-enabled tools for program execution. This role requires expertise in account-based marketing strategies.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in field and event marketing, with a strong focus on account-based marketing strategies. You thrive in environments where you can turn regional insights into measurable pipeline impact, and you enjoy owning end-to-end event programs. Your ability to partner with Sales and accelerate deals is a key strength, and you are excited to contribute to an ambitious go-to-market strategy that connects marketing excellence with revenue outcomes.

You are skilled in leveraging AI-enabled tools, such as marketing automation platforms and account-based marketing platforms, to streamline planning, personalization, and measurement. You bring best practices in field marketing and account-based marketing motions, contributing to repeatable playbooks and high-quality programs that scale over time. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work closely with Sales, BDR, and Alliances teams, ensuring that marketing activities are aligned with sales objectives.

Desirable

Experience with trade shows, partner co-marketing, and executive engagement is a plus. You are comfortable operationalizing reporting that clearly connects field marketing activities to pipeline and revenue, and you have a knack for building account-specific plays that resonate with target audiences.

What you'll do

As a Senior Marketing Associate at Ridgeline, you will plan and execute regional and account-based programs that support our go-to-market strategy. This includes managing trade shows, co-marketing initiatives with partners, and hosting executive engagement experiences. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that all marketing efforts are measurable and impactful.

You will collaborate closely with Sales to develop account-specific marketing plays that drive engagement and accelerate deals. Your role will involve operationalizing reporting mechanisms that connect marketing activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes, providing insights that inform future strategies. You will also be responsible for creating high-quality marketing programs that can be scaled over time, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all initiatives.

In addition, you will leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance the planning and execution of marketing programs. This includes utilizing marketing automation platforms to streamline processes and improve personalization in your outreach efforts. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve the effectiveness of field and event marketing initiatives.
