Job Description

Amazon team is looking for Account Managers to join its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

A key focus of your role will be promoting and driving adoption of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will educate sellers on the benefits of Sponsored Ads and support their adoption of Amazon's Ads solutions, unlocking new avenues for growth. Utilizing your understanding of industry trends and seller pain points, you will map new business opportunities, such as selection gaps in specific subcategories, and connect this valuable information to inform our overall sales strategy.
Your role as the voice of the seller is crucial - you will escalate feedback to the appropriate teams and collaborate cross-functionally to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools. This is a high-impact position where you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our top-performing sellers. Key job responsibilities
- Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
- Work closely with merchants, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
- Recommend the most suitable shipping solutions to enhance the seller and customer experience.
- Guide sellers on best practices for improving key inputs like selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
- Learn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchants.
- Track and report development results, analysis, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchants.
- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment.
- Demonstrate a strategic, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Drive measurable results that contribute to the sustained growth of the Brazil Marketplace
