Typeform is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to enhance their support operations infrastructure and streamline data workflows. You'll work with tools like Zendesk to improve system integrations and support team efficiency. This role requires a strong background in operations and technical systems management.
You have a strong background in revenue operations and have spent several years working with complex systems and integrations. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of processes and enjoy transforming messy workflows into structured, efficient systems. Your experience with tools like Zendesk allows you to manage support operations effectively, ensuring that teams have the data they need to succeed. You are comfortable working remotely and can collaborate with teams across different time zones, particularly in the Eastern Time zone of the United States. You understand the importance of data flow and are skilled at connecting various systems to enhance overall performance.
Experience with other GTM tools and data management systems is a plus. Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and the ability to analyze product signals will help you excel in this role. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will take full ownership of the Support Operations infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are integrated and functioning smoothly. You will manage the Zendesk setup, including creating and optimizing widgets, automations, and bots to enhance user experience and support team efficiency. Your role will involve building and maintaining data pipelines that ensure support teams have access to the right information at the right time, enabling them to meet service level agreements (SLAs) effectively.
You will work closely with product, data, and support teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive operational excellence. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in evolving the current systems to support Typeform's global scaling efforts. You will also analyze product data to ensure that high-intent signals reach the sales team promptly, facilitating better decision-making and reducing churn.
