Google is seeking a Senior Regional AI Sales Specialist to lead enterprise transitions from AI exploration to strategic production. You'll leverage your expertise in AI, Cloud, and Data to help customers navigate complex technology sales. This role requires 10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, including 3 years in Cloud, Data, Analytics, or AI/ML. Your fluency in both English and Korean enables you to effectively communicate with local stakeholders in a customer-facing role. You possess a deep understanding of territory planning, stakeholder mapping, and executing complex, multi-stage agreement cycles. Your experience includes selling Large Language Models (LLMs), Agents, or generative technologies, and you are familiar with the regulatory and operational data challenges across various industries such as FSI, Retail, Telco, and Manufacturing.
You are adept at explaining AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, vector search, and inference scaling to business audiences. You have a proven ability to build CFO-ready business cases that involve complex consumption economics. Your background includes working at a major cloud provider, system integrator, or AI-native firm, giving you the technical depth needed to bridge commercial strategy with customer needs.
Experience in leading enterprise transitions from AI exploration to strategic production is a plus. You understand how data proximity, governance, and operational coherence (MLOps) on Vertex AI can create a competitive advantage. You are skilled at leveraging a team of Field Sales Representatives and Customer Engineers to activate partners (GSIs/ISVs) and scale industry-specific plays.
In this role, you will lead the enterprise transition from AI exploration to strategic production, helping customers navigate their journey from initial pilots to scalable systems that generate measurable ROI. You will work closely with a team of Field Sales Representatives and Customer Engineers, activating partners to accelerate implementation. Your responsibilities will include assessing agreements maturity and committing to defendable numbers based on technical reality and executive sponsorship. You will also be responsible for leveraging Google Cloud's cutting-edge technology to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that help organizations digitally transform their business and industry.
