Overview

Tigera is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to engage with customers and educate them on their Calico platform. You'll provide technical presentations and consult on the design of cloud-native platforms. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

You have a strong background in customer engagement and technical support, ideally with experience in cloud-native technologies. You excel at educating customers on new technologies and have a knack for simplifying complex concepts. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to ensuring customer success throughout their adoption journey. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers and are passionate about helping them achieve their goals with the technology.

Desirable

Experience with Kubernetes or container networking solutions is a plus. Familiarity with security practices in cloud environments will help you in this role. You are adaptable and eager to learn, always looking for ways to improve your skills and knowledge in the field. A background in technical sales or customer success roles will give you an edge in understanding customer needs and challenges.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer at Tigera, you will engage with customers early in their adoption cycle, providing them with the necessary education and training on the Calico platform. You will conduct technical presentations and demos, showcasing the capabilities of our solutions. Your role will involve consulting with customers on the design and rollout of their cloud-native platforms, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
