Hootsuite is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business with small to medium-sized customers. You'll leverage your sales skills in a hybrid role based in London, working closely with inbound lead generation teams. This position requires experience in sales and customer engagement.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new business from small to medium-sized customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Your ability to understand customer needs and align them with product offerings is key to your success. You are comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce to track your sales activities and results. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to deliver compelling product presentations and demos that resonate with potential customers. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales process. You are motivated by achieving individual quota targets and take pride in delivering customer value throughout the sales journey.
In this role, you will focus on acquiring new small and medium-sized business customers, helping them choose Hootsuite as their social media management partner. You will respond to internal leads while also prospecting and generating your own external leads. Your responsibilities will include preparing and organizing your sales processes throughout the end-to-end sales cycle. You will partner with customers to understand their needs and recommend Hootsuite solutions that align with their goals. Delivering product presentations and demos will be a key part of your role, showcasing how Hootsuite's products can meet customer needs. You will consult with internal teams such as solutions consultants and customer success to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. You will manage, track, and report your sales activities through Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense, ensuring that you meet your sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
