Hightouch is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their foundational recruiting team. You'll define talent needs, source candidates, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. This role requires strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.
You have a proven track record in recruiting, particularly in technical roles, and are excited about being part of a foundational recruiting team. You are ready to help build processes and implement programs that achieve strong results by being resourceful. You are deeply motivated by being a strategic partner to the organization, helping to define hiring needs by analyzing projected growth, team structure, and current talent trends. You excel at defining talent needs, sourcing and prescreening candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and fluid process. You are adept at identifying closing strategies for offers and proactively provide a record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through all channels, including sourcing, referrals, and inbound applications. You thrive in a constantly changing environment and are able to juggle various roles at once, using creative strategies to build a consistent pipeline of candidates.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Hightouch, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company by identifying and attracting top talent in the tech industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
