You are adept at identifying closing strategies for offers and proactively provide a record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through all channels, including sourcing, referrals, and inbound applications. You thrive in a constantly changing environment and are able to juggle various roles at once, using creative strategies to build a consistent pipeline of candidates.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Hightouch, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company by identifying and attracting top talent in the tech industry. You will ensure a smooth hiring process by coordinating interviews and providing timely feedback to candidates. Additionally, you will implement innovative recruiting programs and processes that enhance the candidate experience and improve hiring efficiency. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruiting efforts. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers will be key to your success in this role.
