Carta is seeking a Senior Implementations Manager to lead client implementation projects for their software solutions. You'll manage data collection and client interactions to ensure successful onboarding. This role requires expertise in equity and client management.
You have a strong background in client management and implementation processes, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in equity and fund administration will enable you to guide clients through the onboarding process effectively. You are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of the implementation are executed flawlessly. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and are adept at problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction.
Experience in the venture capital or private equity sectors is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to relate to clients and understand their specific requirements. Familiarity with software implementation and project management methodologies will also be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will take charge of the implementation process for Carta's clients, ensuring they are set up for long-term success with the software. You will manage the entire lifecycle of client onboarding, from post-sale data collection to the final delivery of securities to stakeholders. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, where you will act as their primary point of contact throughout the implementation process. You will work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources, ensuring that all client requirements are met in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for training clients on how to use the Carta platform effectively, helping them to leverage its features to their advantage. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner will be crucial as you guide clients through the implementation journey.
