What you'll do

In this role, you will work directly with engineering teams at various companies to design and implement integrations that leverage Suger’s APIs. You will troubleshoot issues that arise during the integration process, ensuring that customers can effectively utilize our platform to drive revenue. Your role will involve guiding customers from the initial discovery phase through to successful implementation and ongoing support.

You will collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions. This will involve conducting technical workshops and providing training to ensure customers are equipped to use our platform effectively. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our API offerings based on customer feedback and industry trends.
