What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Tide by enabling data-driven decisions that accelerate growth and optimize performance. You will collaborate closely with the Commercial Finance and FP&A team to provide impactful support across all functions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing workforce data, developing forecasting models, and providing insights that drive strategic initiatives. You will work with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives, and you will be responsible for preparing reports that communicate key findings to senior management. You will also participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that all financial plans are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
