Senior UX Designer - Singapore

About the role

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer with a keen eye for both UX design and visual aesthetics to join our exploration of AI for business solutions. You'll work closely with our product team, engineering team, and AI teams to lead the design and implementation of the new product launches. You will help us craft a product experience that embodies professional, aesthetic, and effortless. You will become a key catalyst in Plaud’s product innovation process.

What you will do

• Lead the feature and workflow design for mobile, web, and desktop client products, delivering high-quality interaction and visual solutions.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI design teams to drive the design and iteration of product experiences from 0 to 1.

• Participate in and drive the exploration of new interaction methods in the "AI + Office" era, such as intelligent conversations, Agent workflows, and voice scenarios.

• Build design guidelines and component libraries to ensure design quality and efficiency.

• Continuously optimize the product experience based on user research, data, and feedback.

What we are looking for

• 8+ years of product design experience in both Interaction (UX) and Visual (UI), Experience in independently leading design solutions for complex projects.

• Experience designing business tools and office products. AI product design experience is a plus.

• Capable of building highly matured interfaces, with good aesthetics and strong attention to details.

• Proficient in mainstream design tools like Figma etc, with excellent system thinking.

• Excellent communication, able to with cross-functional (XFN) leads in User Experience (UX), Engineering (ENG), Product Management (PM), and partners in the company.

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willing to take ownership.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
