Landor is seeking a Management Accountant to join their London studio. You'll be responsible for monthly and year-end management accounting, analysis, and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to build relationships within the team.
You have a strong background in management accounting, with experience in preparing timely and accurate monthly and year-end financial reports. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you are proactive in your approach to financial analysis and reporting. You excel at building strong relationships within your team and across the business, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You are familiar with IFRS and SOX controls, and you understand the importance of maintaining accurate financial records. Your analytical skills allow you to provide insightful commentary on financial variances and contribute to management reports. You are comfortable working with finance systems such as Maconomy, Sugar, and SAP Cartesis, ensuring all reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
Experience with financial software and systems is a plus, as is familiarity with the branding and creative industries. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and processes that enhance your efficiency and effectiveness in the role.
In your role as a Management Accountant at Landor, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and year-end management accounting, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and aligned with WPP policies. You will conduct variance analysis and provide monthly commentary to support management decision-making. Your role will involve ensuring that all finance systems are reconciled at month-end, maintaining compliance with IFRS and SOX controls. You will also contribute to the preparation of management reports and ad hoc reporting as needed, providing insights that help drive business performance. Collaboration with other departments will be key, as you will work closely with various teams to ensure financial data is understood and utilized effectively.
