Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in customer success leadership, demonstrating a strong ability to design and implement scalable customer success strategies that align with business objectives. Your expertise includes leading and developing high-performing customer success teams, including frontline managers, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the needs of customers effectively.

You excel in managing executive-level relationships, both internally and with enterprise customers, showcasing your strong interpersonal skills that help build trust-based relationships. Your proven track record in driving customer retention and expansion initiatives highlights your ability to influence customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Your background includes a deep understanding of customer advocacy, where you have successfully built relationships that foster customer engagement and loyalty. You are energized by the opportunity to transform customer experiences and drive meaningful impact through your work.

Desirable

Experience in an AI-powered environment or with skills acceleration platforms would be a plus, as would familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes in customer success.
