Who you are

You have experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within the tech industry, and understand the nuances of building diverse teams. You are skilled in managing the sourcing process from inception to close, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You are passionate about advancing Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (I.D.E.A) strategies and have a track record of building relationships with candidates. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with leadership to develop effective talent strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the sourcing process for critical Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles across the APAC markets. You will conduct initial qualification screenings and engage in casual chats with candidates to assess fit and build relationships. You will work closely with Go-To-Market leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. You will also play a key role in advancing our I.D.E.A strategy, ensuring that we are building diverse and inclusive teams. Your expertise in talent sourcing will be essential in leading successful searches and providing strategic advice to the hiring teams.
