Overview

SpaceX is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst to support Starship production programs through strategic planning and optimization of production processes. You'll work with data analysis and process control to drive improvements at Starbase.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, particularly in high-volume production environments. Your expertise includes defining business processes and systems that enhance manufacturing execution and inventory management. You are a subject matter expert in production processes, enabling complex data gathering and problem-solving. You take ownership of data integrity and reporting quality, ensuring that the operations and planning team has accurate and actionable insights. You are skilled in analyzing trends and operating metrics to inform critical departmental strategies. Your ability to develop and improve data inputs for demand signals and machine utilization is key to your success in this role.

Desirable

Experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing environments is a plus. Familiarity with configuration management and material traceability will set you apart. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for troubleshooting complex issues.
