Confluent is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the DISA/4th Estate Federal segment. You'll leverage your sales and negotiation skills to sell Confluent solutions and exceed quarterly targets. This role requires a proven track record in a value-driven sales model.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in complex environments, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Your experience includes prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth effectively. You possess a consumption/growth mentality, understanding the importance of nurturing existing customer accounts while also seeking new opportunities. You are comfortable engaging with C-Level executives, showcasing your expertise in Confluent offerings and the competitive landscape. You thrive in collaborative environments, valuing teamwork and open communication to achieve shared goals. You are adaptable and eager to learn, always looking for ways to improve your sales strategies and techniques.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with data streaming platforms, is a plus. Familiarity with federal sales processes and regulations will enhance your ability to navigate the DISA/4th Estate segment effectively. A strong network within the federal sector can provide valuable insights and connections to accelerate your success in this role.
As a Senior Account Executive at Confluent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in large, complex accounts within the DISA/4th Estate Federal segment. You will proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you meet and exceed your quarterly sales targets. Your role will involve leading and executing a strategic sales cycle, where you will demonstrate the value of Confluent's solutions to C-Level executives. You will become an in-depth expert in Confluent's product offerings, understanding how they can address the unique challenges faced by your clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that you are positioned as a trusted advisor in the sales process.
