GoDaddy is seeking a Lead UX Designer to craft intuitive experiences for their proprietary AI, Airo. You'll collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to drive user engagement and discovery. This role requires expertise in user experience design and proficiency in Figma.
You have a strong background in user experience design, with a focus on creating innovative and engaging experiences. You are comfortable leading strategic discussions and guiding brainstorming sessions, ensuring that your team is aligned and focused on delivering high-quality solutions. Your experience includes working with both low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, and you are adept at user testing and iterating on designs based on feedback. You understand the importance of building jobs-to-be-done focused journeys that empower users to achieve their goals. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user needs are met and exceeded.
Experience with AI-driven products or services is a plus, as is familiarity with design systems and frameworks. You are passionate about user-centered design and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the user experience is thoughtfully considered.

You will also be involved in user testing, learning from user interactions, and iterating on designs to enhance usability and engagement.
