Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus, as is familiarity with operational workflows. In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce, focusing on maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will manage the operational workflow, which includes overseeing the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location.
You will collaborate with support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives, ensuring that safety and quality standards are upheld.
