What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with customers to understand their demands and effectively sell cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology. You will identify sales leads and follow up on inbound inquiries, ensuring that you are proactive in your approach to sales. You will work closely with the Direct Sales team to develop unique solutions that meet customer needs and drive sales growth. Your ability to build relationships with clients will be key to your success, as you will be expected to nurture these connections and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and marketing strategies. As part of your role, you will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Formlabs' products in the market.
