What you'll do

As the LMS & Enablement Platform Administrator, you will serve as the primary in-house administrator for Docebo and Highspot, managing global settings and user permissions. You will collaborate with Sales and Technical Enablement Leads to translate program goals into technical realities, ensuring that new certifications and sales plays are launched effectively. Your role will involve not just resolving tickets but also acting as a strategic partner focused on maximizing platform adoption and improving user experience. You will monitor system health and stability, making necessary adjustments to enhance functionality. You will also manage user provisioning and access rights specifically for Revenue roles, ensuring that the right people have the right access to the tools they need.
