Overview

Astranis is seeking a Director of Total Rewards & Analytics to lead compensation and benefits strategies for a fast-growing team. You'll collaborate closely with the SVP of People to enhance analytics for better decision-making. This role requires a blend of strategic and hands-on execution skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in total rewards and analytics, ideally with a background in compensation strategy and benefits management. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a proven track record of shaping compensation frameworks that attract and retain top talent. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage tools like Radford and Salary.com to benchmark offerings against industry standards. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to align compensation strategies with business goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing vendor relationships and benefits renewals. You believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, understanding that varied perspectives strengthen the team.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry or with high-growth companies is a plus. Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies will set you apart. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a knack for implementing innovative solutions that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

What you'll do

As the Director of Total Rewards & Analytics at Astranis, you will lead the development and evolution of our compensation philosophy and frameworks. You will oversee base pay, equity, and benefits offerings, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with our company values. Collaborating closely with the SVP of People, you will create the analytics capabilities necessary to inform smarter, faster people decisions. You will manage vendor relationships and oversee the renewal processes for our benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse workforce. Your role will involve analyzing compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations that support our growth objectives. You will also play a key role in shaping the employee experience through effective communication of our total rewards offerings.
