Verkada is seeking a Solutions Engineer to enhance customer experience and provide pre-sales engineering support. You'll collaborate with sales teams and design technical solutions for clients. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to engage with key stakeholders.
You have a strong technical background and experience in pre-sales engineering, ideally with a focus on security solutions. You understand customer requirements and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting. You are comfortable engaging with high-level executives such as CTOs and CISOs, providing them with the insights they need to make informed decisions about security solutions.
Experience in cloud-based security solutions or physical security systems is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in security can set you apart. You have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy working with cutting-edge technology to deliver impactful results.
As a Solutions Engineer at Verkada, you will be the trusted technical advisor to key customer stakeholders, guiding them through the proof-of-concept phase to the final decision. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to assess and qualify customer opportunities, ensuring that the solutions you propose align with their needs. Your role will involve designing technical solutions that leverage Verkada's integrated platform, which includes video security, access control, and other safety technologies. You will also be responsible for presenting these solutions to customers, addressing any technical questions they may have, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
