Okta is seeking a Senior Manager ABX & Programs to lead the EMEA Field Marketing team and drive the company's growth strategy. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to execute a modern Account-Based Experience strategy.
You have a proven track record in marketing leadership, particularly in Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategies, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales and other teams to drive pipeline and brand presence. Your leadership style is that of a player-coach, guiding and mentoring your team while also being hands-on in executing marketing programs. You are adaptable and open to learning, embracing diverse perspectives to enhance team performance.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in identity management or cybersecurity, is a plus. Familiarity with customer growth marketing and local campaign execution will set you apart. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a knack for building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
In this pivotal role, you will set the vision for Okta's ABX strategy across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global marketing initiatives.
