You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment. Your strong communication skills enable you to build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the services provided. You are adept at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights for the team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. You are data-driven and can analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
Experience in the HR or payroll industry is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance and benefits management. You are comfortable using various software tools to manage customer interactions and track engagement metrics. A background in project management can also be beneficial, as you will often coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues.
As a Customer Success Manager at Deel, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they are set up for success.
