You have a strong background in process improvement, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at translating organizational goals into structured project plans, ensuring clarity and consistency in execution. Your analytical skills allow you to identify improvement opportunities by analyzing operational data, and you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward. You are a natural coach, capable of sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. You understand the importance of performance metrics and are skilled at developing measurable outcomes for projects. Your experience in managing complex improvement programs makes you a valuable asset to any team.
Experience in a logistics or operations environment is a plus, as is familiarity with safety, quality, and cost improvement initiatives. You may have a background in project management methodologies, which will aid in your ability to lead diverse teams effectively. A certification in Lean or Six Sigma could enhance your candidacy, showcasing your commitment to process excellence.
In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of complex improvement programs that support XMCI priorities across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Velocity. You will translate organizational goals into clear project plans with defined milestones and success criteria, ensuring that all initiatives are measurable and sustainable. Your responsibilities will include managing project delivery, validating execution quality, and supporting mechanisms that enhance performance across various metrics. You will work closely with operations leaders, finance partners, and subject matter experts to ensure that continuous improvement projects are well-planned and executed. You will also play a critical role in strengthening the CI culture by coaching partners and sharing best practices across the network. Your ability to analyze operational data will be key in identifying improvement opportunities and informing leadership decisions.
