Overview

Qualtrics is seeking a Principal Chief of Staff for their Product & Design team to translate strategy into execution and support executives in the PXE organization. This role requires strong operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic execution, ideally in a technology or product-focused environment. Your background as a generalist allows you to navigate complex business challenges and provide actionable insights to executives. You thrive in cross-functional settings, collaborating with teams across product, UX, engineering, and security to drive initiatives forward. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate strategies clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring that the organization remains agile and responsive to market demands. You have a proven track record of identifying critical business problems and implementing effective solutions that align with company goals.

Desirable

Experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar position is a plus, as is familiarity with the Experience Management category. A background in consulting or internal strategy roles can provide valuable insights into best practices for operational excellence. You are passionate about creating high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What you'll do

As the Principal Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in translating Qualtrics' strategy into actionable plans that drive results. You will work closely with executives in the PXE organization to identify key initiatives and ensure alignment across teams. Your responsibilities will include facilitating strategic discussions, managing cross-functional projects, and providing insights that inform decision-making. You will act as an internal consultant, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and challenges, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. You will also be responsible for tracking key performance indicators and reporting on the success of initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
