Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 9 years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or a related field. Your background includes leading or owning social media channels and their strategies, demonstrating your ability to drive impactful marketing initiatives. You possess experience in developing and executing paid social strategies that significantly influence sales pipelines and business outcomes. Your familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and Marketo, equips you to manage complex marketing campaigns effectively.

You understand the intricacies of marketing complex technology products to C-level and VP-level executives at large, global enterprise companies. Your knowledge of paid social platforms, including YouTube, encompasses aiming, bidding strategies, and performance measurement. You have excellent investigative skills, enabling you to define and track key business metrics, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies. You are a data-driven and problem-solving leader with a passion for performance marketing, capable of building and scaling lead generation programs that deliver measurable results.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager of Paid Social Growth Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving business growth for Google Ads. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a paid social media strategy that amplifies content and engages key decision-makers at brands and agencies. You will generate a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads for our sales teams, owning the paid social budget and optimizing campaigns for maximum business impact and ROI. You will establish a measurement framework to track the performance of our paid social programs, proving ROI and continuously optimizing for maximum business impact.

You will partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on lead quality, process, and business outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You will analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve results, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Your leadership will guide the team in executing innovative marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversion.
