You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings and demonstrating how they can benefit their businesses. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and developing relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. You will participate in comprehensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role.
You will also be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing your understanding of the market and client needs to tailor your approach. Regularly tracking your progress and adapting your strategies will be key to your success. You will collaborate with other team members to share insights and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and support within the sales team.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000, with the potential for on-target earnings between $105,000 and $115,000 in your first year, and even higher in subsequent years through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement.
